[OpenSIPS-Users] potential memory leak warning - uac_auth:build_authorization_hdr

Just one extra bit of information, this doesn't happen on the first call post-restart, but does occur for each subsequent call.

I'm happy to ignore it if it won't affect stability, but I don't know how to verify that!
