[OpenSIPS-Users] dispatcher module call limit

Hi Owais,

The dispatcher module is just dispatching traffic between multiple 
destinations. The restrict (CPS limitation) traffic use the ratelimit 
module:
     http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/2.2.x/ratelimit.html
