[OpenSIPS-Users] tls_mgm

Hello Răzvan,
in my previous email I told you that I have upgraded openssl to 1.0.2h 
then the error was different.
After that I realized that there was a conflict between ubuntu openssl 
package and new openssl.
Finally, after fixed that, tls_mgm module is working properly.

I'm using ubuntu 16.04 LTS
