[OpenSIPS-Users] opensips 2.2 dont print anything via rsyslog

Hi Artem!

You must also set "log_stderror = false". Omitting this setting will 
cause the "log_facility" param to be ignored, and all OpenSIPS processes 
will log everything to stderr.
