[OpenSIPS-Users] Restart=always and After=mysql.service

Can you post the strace output by running

sudo strace -ff -o /tmp/opensips_strace_output systemctl start
opensips.service
cat /tmp/opensips_strace_output*

That will help see where the error occurs.
