You can do this with dialog module using set_profile_size and get_profile_size

get_profile_size("SomeProfile","Calls_From_CX","$var(size)");
if ( $(var(size){s.int}) >= 1) ) {
                        send_reply("486","Busy Here");
                        exit;
                }

C1 = caller 1.

C2 = caller 2.

D1 = callee 1.

How could be a kind of example of code for that?
