[OpenSIPS-Users] Installing OpenSIPS 2.1.0 gives error

Hello Samy,

I moved some allocator-specific global variables in their own file, 
however the cfg.y file was referencing them regardless of the allocator 
you compile with. Fixed, and thanks for reporting!
