Hi Hamid,
I assume the perl script you mentioned in on the RADIUS server side, right ?
Have you checked if the RADIUS request you are processing actually
contains those AVPS (Digest-URI and Digest-Realm) ? Use ngrep or tcpdump
to get a network capture and visualize it with wireshark or similar.
