[OpenSIPS-Users] Parallel forking with topology_hiding module

Hello,

I made a quick test with parallel branch over topology_hiding module. As
you know parallel branch create new via branch param with increased suffix
(.0 .1 .2 etc.), call-id field same for all branches.

I expect that topology_hiding create different call-id for branches but
same encoded id for all branches. This expected behavior for
topology_hiding or via branch param also can use for calculation of encode
call-id function.
