[OpenSIPS-Users] clear location table

Hi Dragomir,

Assuming you use db mode 1 or 2 - the records are deleted from DB by 
usrloc when the records do expire from memory . If you ended with such 
old records in DB, it may be because your OpenSIPS was not aware (or 
stopped) when those records did expire.
