[OpenSIPS-Users] menuconfig-tool

I followed the video "2012-05-18.02 OpenSIPS Kick Start"
At one time you go out of Menuconfig-tool using ^z into bash.
Then you go back from bash to Menuconfig-tool again.
How do you do that? Which key do I use to go back to Menuconfig ?
