[OpenSIPS-Users] repeated INVITE issue

It replies back with provisional response (100 - Ok giving a try), but a
bit too late - after more than one invite has been received already.
The question is more why OpenSips sends 3 replies to the upstream provider
instead just one since the invites are duplicates.
