[OpenSIPS-Users] bad r-uri

Hi,
On sending CANCEL request ro OpenSIPS (which looks like this): 
Request-Line: CANCEL sip:+12488317282 at 69.84.64.23 SIP/2.0
OpenSIPS is responding back with this:
Status-Line: SIP/2.0 400 bad r-uri
There is nothing in the opensips.cfg to return "400 bad r-uri".
Perhaps the OpenSIPS core is returning this message.
Can't figure out what is bad in the CANCEL request.
Any advice?
