[OpenSIPS-Users] make menu confiig failing

Hi all,

So i have tried so many different things and am having no luck at all and I
have searched online to find nothing answering this question.

I have installed

apt-get install flex gcc bison make libncurses5-dev

svn co https://svn.code.sf.net/p/opensips/svn/branches/1.9 opensips_1_9


cd opensips_1_9


make menuconfig



opensips_1_9# make menuconfig

cd menuconfig; make ; cd ..

make[1]: Entering directory `/home/amilanoski/opensips_1_9/menuconfig'

gcc -o configure -g -Wall
-DMENUCONFIG_CFG_PATH=\"menuconfig/configs/\"
-DMENUCONFIG_GEN_PATH=\"etc/\" -DMENUCONFIG_HAVE_SOURCES=1  cfg.o
curses.o items.o commands.o menus.o parser.o main.o -lncurses

make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/amilanoski/opensips_1_9/menuconfig'

./menuconfig/configure --local

make: *** [menuconfig] Error 255


I even tried


make all

make menuconfig


Still fails



I am completely suck here. Hopefully someone can assist here
