[OpenSIPS-Users] Created and setup time of failed calls

I just wanted to add my $0.02 here.. I've had this as a request as well.
But to add on to what's already been said, generally customers want to see
when the request was made (the INVITE) and when the transaction (dialog)
dies. Specifically for failed calls.
