[OpenSIPS-Users] CRITICAL:core:timer_ticker: timer handler

Hello Gary,

Do you see other ERRORs in the log file? Because it looks like you're 
doing some sort of stress tests, and your OpenSIPS does not have enough 
resources. The cause should ultimately be one of the following:
- insufficient shm/pkg memory
- insufficient tm timer processes (see [1])
