[OpenSIPS-Users] Generate BYE when Dialog timer expires

Hi All,

Thanks for reading this.

I came up with a problem in which there is hang calls with duration around
10800.
I have set the dialog timer to: modparam("dialog", "default_timeout", 10800)

I have 2 problems:

1. Once timer is reached, no BYE message is generated.
2. My network is having packet loss, and it seems Signaling messages won't
be send several times.

Can please someone point me to the right direction here.
