[OpenSIPS-Users] Setting do_routing

Bogdan, I did not want to have to ask for a feature request however, that would
be great. If we can process `many` (*), then we can also process `one
or many` (!..*).
It would be a beneficial to have if possible.

I should mention that we are using OpenSIPS 1.8.3 however can upgrade to 1.9.x
if needed.
