[OpenSIPS-Users] Upgrading from 1.9 to 1.11 - usrloc issue

I am trying to upgrade to the latest version and I am running into some
segfault issues

I've update the database version numbers and don't have any WARNINGs
showing up when I start OpenSIPS.  Here is the issue I see in syslog
