[OpenSIPS-Users] ERROR:core:tls_accept: New TLS connection

Most likely the certificate used by the server is not recognised by the client. you should either turn off ‘Verify Server’ TLS option in the client or use a certificate signed by an authority recognised by the client. 

If this is your case or not can be checked in the client side.
