[OpenSIPS-Users] 403 Rely forbidden

1) Install ngrep
2) run "ngrep -q -W byline port 5060 > dump.txt"

After the call press <Ctrl> + c to stop the ngrep and thes dump should be
in the file dump.txt, assuming that there is no other traffic it should
contain only the dialog he wants
