[OpenSIPS-Users] load balancing non-INVITE dialogs

Hello,

Currently the load_balancer module only support INVITE based dialogs.
If suited, you can use the dispatcher module to do round-robin or hashed 
dispatching for your SUBSCRIBE / PUBLISH dialogs.
