[OpenSIPS-Users] [Release] OpenSIPS 1.10 going stable

Hello,

OpenSIPS version 1.10 is scheduled to be released as stable on Tuesday
10th of September.

Heads up if still there are unreported issues or bugs (see official
tracker https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/issues?page=1&state=open).

Also many thanks to all people who got involved in testing and fixing
work on 1.10....We are almost there !
