[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensip-cp: Undefined variable and index issue

In my platform 5.0 opensips-cp the same php noticied and warning... cdr tools for examples not work with incorrect procedure includes on distrib...  or incorrect acc and cdrs table was create by sql scripts for cdrs

Is this a bug perhaps? I downloaded Opensips-cp from svn trunk, as I understand it normally resolves most problems, but I still see the "Undefined variable" filling up my log file. I am unsure which variables are undefined and what else is required to fix this.
Any help appreciated.

mysql.so and xmlrpc.so appear only once in the php.ini, however, I do see the warning below in httpd.log

$ sudo egrep 'mysql.so|xmlrpc.so' /etc/php.ini
extension=mysql.so
extension=xmlrpc.so

PHP Warning:  Module 'mysql' already loaded in Unknown on line 0
