Hi Michele,

Relevant logs are:

Oct 29 13:59:04 proxy-voip01 /usr/sbin/opensips[10193]: INFO:core:handle_sigs: child process 10204 exited by a signal 11
Oct 29 13:59:04 proxy-voip01 /usr/sbin/opensips[10193]: INFO:core:handle_sigs: core was not generated

The crash is during startup - if you can reproduce it, try to get the backtrace from the core file. Please see:
