Thanks for your help.
I tried to run OpenSips without the dispatcher module, it's working
fine (I mean, no crash yet ...).
Later this week I will have more info, I've to investigate based on
your advices.

OpenSIPS is already built for a handfull of embedded devices via the
optware feeds:
http://www.nslu2-linux.org/

If you want to take a look at the master makefile for cross compiling
opensips, you can find it here:
http://svn.nslu2-linux.org/svnroot/optware/trunk/make/opensips.mk

I ran opensips on arm without any issue, so it might be that your
build is not sane.
Generate a core file and use gdb to investigate.
