Hello,

 

What I meant that in case of dialog module timer exceeded the call will be
hang-up by opensips  and local_route{   will be handling the events right

The problem located in inserting into mysql acc table   sender filed  a
value of        sender= $DLG_end_reason

Opensips is  not inserting the value in  sender filed when opensips hang-up
the call  as it should .

Hello,

What you mean by "in local route" ? the db_extra_bye is for ACC module, and
the accounting process is not related to th the local route. Could you
please detail your report ?
