[OpenSIPS-Users] Detect failed SIP server

Hello,

Switch in debugging mode (debug=4) and check in the logs (covering the
whole INVITE transaction processing - request + replies !!) for strings
like "FR_INV_TIMER = " and "FR_TIMER = " - just to see if your values
from AVP are found.
