Hello,

It seems that the core dump is corrupt, since the BT full output does 
not really make any sense.
I've just tried to test the dlg_db_sync MI command on Postgres, and it 
works for me.

Perhaps the issue/bug is in the way you are updating the OpenSIPS 
sockets in the DB in the case of fail-over ?
Could you give an example of a DB record for such a call, after you have 
updated it to match the new sockets ?
