[OpenSIPS-Users] 6xx reply handling and acc

Hello Brett,

If the 6xx_blocking is on (by default), when receiving a 6xx reply, TM 
will select that branch as winning branch and it will not allow any 
addition of new branches - all will fail (in failure route).
