[OpenSIPS-Users] Presence_XML issue with version 1.9

I just installed version 1.9 and I am having an issue starting OpenSIPS.
 It looks like with version 1.9 you can no longer use

modparam("presence_xml", "db_url"
modparam("presence_xml", "integrated_xcap_server",

Now that I've taken that out I get the following error when trying to start

Mar 31 01:23:41 SIPProxy01 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[6938]:
ERROR:presence_xml:mod_init: Can't bind xcap
Mar 31 01:23:41 SIPProxy01 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[6938]:
ERROR:core:init_mod: failed to initialize module presence_xml
Mar 31 01:23:41 SIPProxy01 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[6938]: ERROR:core:main:
error while initializing modules


Here is what I have configured

modparam("presence_xml", "force_active", 0) #If set to 1 then permissions
are ignored
modparam("presence_xml", "pidf_manipulation", 1)
#modparam("presence_xml", "integrated_xcap_server", 1)
modparam("presence_xml", "xcap_server", "xcap.ae.com")


Is there a reason why the db_url and integrated_xcap_server was removed in
version 1.9 and how can I fix the issue above?
