[OpenSIPS-Users] Fixing c=IN for OpenSIPS server

Before I forget, I always wanted to ask the list for an up to date
configuration file that uses RTPProxy and rtpproxy_answer/offer. This
would save a lot of headache. Most examples are using 1.6/7 etc...
