I tried you solution, but there is error.
Error occurs because 89.216.xx.xx is not address of my server, this is
address of cisco router.

Router    ----    89.216.xx.xx:5061    ----->     opensips
89.216.xx.xx                                           10.78.90.71

this is my network organizations.
