[OpenSIPS-Users] Time format used in ACC events

Does anyone know what format is used to report time in the E_ACC_CDR event?
In the acc table, it is shown as:
2013-07-19 18:25:03
...but in the event sent to rabbitmq I get:
Created::1374254703
