[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips + asterisk 1.4

Here is my configs:

opensips.cfg :  http://pastebin.com/eLh2fUet

My scenario:

Opensips = 10.1.1.2
Mysql = 10.1.1.249
Asterisk = 10.1.1.247

Im trying to use balancing mode, but when I try to register into Opensips,
return Method Not Allowed...

Im using DISPATCHER module...

Can some one help me on this?
