[OpenSIPS-Users] Permission function causing Termination

Hi Nathaniel,
In dispatcher, it was a fix couple of months ago - if a destination
cannot be DNS resolved, it will be simply skipped - it will not
terminate opensips any more. You should upgrade to the latest version.
