The changes made to a SIP packet in OpenSIPS are not immediately visible, they are applied at the end of the processing, so the chunk you are trying to modify is also modified by the MediaProxy module.

There is currently no way to change this. However, I have some experimental code which *may* be able to help in very particular scenarios. Are you behind a 1-to-1 NAT which translates IPs and ports? (like in Amazon EC2)
