I don't really get how would you like to notify your clients that the
call will be closed.

As I said in my previous post, the easiest solution I can see is to
enhance RTPProxy with a new functionality that detects when RTPProxy is
about to shut down, and send to OpenSIPS a timeout notification for all
the on-going sessions. This is not so easy to achieve, as it requires
some development on the RTPProxy server.
