[OpenSIPS-Users] Bulding Own Distro

I have used it with Ubuntu 10.04 upwards and I have successfully run liveCD
and/or installed the backup on many different hardware platforms without
problems. Sometimes if the backup was done with an old version of the OS and
you try to install it on a brand-new PC, the OS version might not support
the drivers for that platform and some of the hardware might not work.
I don't know specifically on Debian 6.0.5 but Ubuntu is based on Debian so I
am sure it will be fine.
Note that the one limitation of remastersys is that it only makes one 4.7G
DVD

can I Install it on different hardware after backup or it will save the
hardware drivers too ?

Hi,
You could try remastersys if you are using Linux. You choose the "Backup"
option. This creates an iso with everything installed already. You can run
it as a Live CD or install it on other systems. I have used it many times
with Ubuntu. I haven't tried it with a console-only version of Linux but it
should work.

Dears,
I install opensips and mediaproxy will all its packages and a lot of
modules..
-How can I make an iso image in order to install this distro in other
servers to avoid working from scratch ?
Regards
