[OpenSIPS-Users] media-relay error - operation not permitted

Well, i learned (and still learning) so many things the hard way and in
those tough times opensource community and internet forums were the only
thing that saved me from complete disasters (both technical and career
level). So, i just try to return this huge favor by helping others. It may
not be enough but still worth a shot.
