[OpenSIPS-Users] migrate DB from 1.8.2 DB to the 1.9.0

Hello,
I tru to migrate DB from 1.8.2 DB to the 1.9.0.
I receive follow error:

opensipsdbctl migrate opensips_1_8 opensips_1_9
