[OpenSIPS-Users] Send BYEs issued by create("B") with forced interface and destination

Hi Chen-Che,

The BYEs are generated according to the network and routing info 
collected at INVITE time - so same socket and same destination are used 
as for INVITEs/200OK .

If you want to "mess" up with the BYE and do changes, use the local 
route to do it.
