Hello Andrei,

Actually "opensipsctl online" is query (for online users) directly 
OpenSIPS (from cache) via an MI function: "opensipsctl fifo ul_dump" . 
DB content is usually not uptodate (cache is periodically flushed to 
DB), unless using DB mode 3.
