[OpenSIPS-Users] Mediaproxy Dispatcher failed to start when radius acc is enabled

looks like it's unable to parse the password for 'localhost' in the servers
file.
(radiusclient-ng/servers is the file).

 what host you have in that file? localhost or 127.0.0.1?
if 127.0.0.1, change it to localhost and try again.
