[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips 1.9 - Radius accounting

Hello,

For Radius accounting, you should first set the aaa_url param ( [1] ), 
and then you have to set the aaa_flag param ( [2] ) for all the requests 
that you want to be accounted for via Radius.
