[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips and Radius

Hi Nathaniel,

Aside the standard SIP dictionary from radius client (dictionary.sip), 
you need to OpenSIPS specific dictionary (etc/dictionary.opensips) from 
the OpenSIPS sources.
