[OpenSIPS-Users] Kamailio-3.1.5 Tel URI Usage

Hi All
I am using Kamailio - 3.1.5 version.

When a message of tel URI comes to Kamailio, Kamailio is not forwarding the
message to next proxy.
If is returning "478 Unresolved response" .

Can somebody give me some pointer how do I handle this situation?
