[OpenSIPS-Users] DB open problems in 1.8.* (all DB servers)

Hello list,

I've downgraded to 1.7.2 because after upgrading to 1.8.*
the OpenSIPS proxy couldn't properly open connections to
the DB server.

PROBLEM

OpenSIPS opens a connection to the DB server and then opens another
one without closing the first. It repeats this hundreds of times
within a few seconds. Memory runs out and file descriptors overflow.

My question is, has anyone else seen this behaviour? Where
should I look to try to find the problem?

  Solaris 11 AMD64
  OpenSIPS 1.8.0 or 1.8.1
  MySQL 5.5.27 Community
  PostgreSQL 9.2.0

...so nothing strange there. And the same configuration
works perfectly using OpenSIPS 1.7.2.
