[OpenSIPS-Users] 'osipsconsole add 'command fails

Hi.

I installed osipsconsole and try to execute following command
   osipsconsole address add 0 192.168.1.192 255.255.255.255 5060 UDP

but I get an error
  "Retrieving data from table failedYou have an error in your SQL syntax;
check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the
right syntax to use near 'WHERE ip='192.168.1.192'' at line 1"

How to solve this?
