SOLVED!!!

Thanks Bogdan for your hint ;-) That was the problem. PBX was sending a
Contact header NOT compliant to RFC!!!

Just to help someone else, I added this snippet of code:

*if ((status=="200") && (src_ip == IP_PBX)) {
             replace("Contact: sip:x.x.x.x.","Contact: <sip:x.x.x.x>.");
                                        }
                                } *
